Crews to Begin Work on Gardenia Drive in Cheyenne

Cheyenne motorists can expect to see orange cones and detour signs on Gardenia Drive over the next week.

Weather permitting, city crews will be doing maintenance prep work between Yellowstone Road and Powderhouse Road tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday.

Crews will then work from Yellowstone Road to El Camino Real on May 8, from El Camino Real to Pasedena Drive on May 9-10 and from Legacy Parkway to Powderhouse Road on May 10-11.

Drivers will be able to access all businesses, but should plan for detours.

Funding for the project comes from the fifth-penny sales tax.
