
Community Storytelling Event At CFD Old West Museum Thursday
The Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum, in collaboration with the University of Wyoming, will hold a community storytelling event called ''Re-Storying the West" on Thursday, May 22.
That's according to the new release from the museum. The event is free to the public, and everyone is welcome.
So What Is Going On?
According to the release; 'Join us for an evening of food, fun, and storytelling as we celebrate the voices of our community. Your stories matter, and this event is your chance to be part of a special statewide project that will culminate in the creation of a website and podcast dedicated to the people of Wyoming.'
The evening will include:
• 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. – Free dinner, project info sessions, and interactive storytelling activities for all ages
• 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Story recordings and a portrait booth for participant
