UPDATE: 15-Year-Old Runaway Found Safe, Cheyenne Police Say

"Papel was located and is safe," police in a Facebook post published at 11:42 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, said.

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in finding a 15-year-old runaway.

According to a department Facebook post, Bryan Papel was last seen in the 5800 block of Osage Avenue on Friday, Feb. 7.

Papel is 5-foot-6, weighs 134 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

"Bryan was wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, black Nike sweatpants, and black Nike shoes," the post reads.

Anyone with information on Papel's whereabouts is asked to call police dispatch at 307-637-6525.
