Cheyenne Wheels 4 Charity just rolled out another classic car, which they will giveaway on New Year's Eve. The fully restored 1942 Ford Coupe features a 4.6 liter, 280-horsepower V8 engine with an automatic overdrive transmission, modern braking and electronics systems, and custom interior, embroidery, paint job, and bodywork.

This year's hot rod is also a tribute to late Cheyenne radio personality Steve Cooper, who co-founded the charity with Cheyenne Motorsports and Midas of Cheyenne owner Nick Dodgson.

"5 years ago when Steve Cooper and I sat down to come up with a fundraiser, I could not have imagined the journey that all of us have been on," Dodson said. "Coop passed away in July. He was a huge supporter of so many non-profits and an incredible friend to many all over the region. In his honor, we're calling this year's car the 'Steve Coupe'."

The restoration process was completed by the crew at Midas of Cheyenne, led by Bruce McAllister and Chris Webster, with custom embroidery from Debbie Pryzmus and paint and bodywork from Halladay Motors.

Raffle tickets for the "Steve Coupe" are available for $25 at Cheyenne Motorsports, Jonah Bank, Midas of Cheyenne, Tom the Tireman, and online via the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce. The car will be on display at various community events throughout the year. Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Safehouse of Cheyenne, K9's for Mobility, and Wyoming Business Advocates.
