Cheyenne Man Caught Shoplifting Again Despite Store Ban
A 61-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after allegedly shoplifting from Walmart after being banned from the store.
Police Dispatched to Reported Larceny
According to a booking sheet, on Saturday, Jan. 3., at approximately 3:13 p.m., police were dispatched to the Walmart at 850 Livingston Ave. for a reported larceny.

Police say they contacted one of the suspects, George Thomas Finocchiaro, who "concealed items on himself and has been trespassed from the location."
Finocchiaro Arrested and Charged With Burglary
Finocchiaro was handcuffed and booked into the Laramie County Detention Center for burglary, misdemeanor interference with a peace officer - no injury, and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
He was subsequently charged with burglary, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, up to a $10,000 fine, or both.
Initial Court Appearance
On Tuesday, Jan. 6, Finocchiaro was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Antoinette Williams on the charge.
Williams appointed Finocchiaro a public defender and set his preliminary hearing for Friday, Jan. 16, at 9 a.m.
Bond Set at $3K Cash
"The court will set a $3,000 cash bond," Williams told Finocchiaro. "Go ahead and give the public defender's office a call tomorrow or Thursday."
Please remember that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
