Cheyenne motorists should expect traffic delays on Dell Range Boulevard over the next 2  or 3 days for the latest phase of road improvements.

Epoxy Lane Striping To Cause Traffic Delays

But epoxy lane striping is slated to to get underway today, with work slated for the daytime hours over the next couple of days or so. The city says both the eastbound and westbound lanes will be reduced to one lane, and people should expect traffic delays. But most left hand turns at intersections should be open.

More work is planned for next week. On Monday, Nov. 3 the installation of a thermoplastic crosswalk and turn arrow signals. That project will be implemented one intersection at a time, and two lanes of travel in both directions will be available.

That project is expected to take between a week and ten days, and the city says that while some delays can be expected, they should be minor.

Various minor grinding operations are planned throughout the area, starting on Monday, November 3. Those will be performed after 6 p.m. and should take 2 to 3 days.

All work is dependent on weather conditions, but the local forecast is for warm and dry weather for this time of year at least through Tuesday.
