Cheyenne NWS: Wet Labor Day Weekend Expected In SE Wyoming
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says we can expect wet weather for the upcoming Labor Day Holiday weekend.
Saturday will be mostly dry, but Sunday and especially Labor Day Monday are looking pretty wet.
The agency posted the following on its website:
''31/130AM: Howdy! Those planning on being outside this Labor Day Weekend, plan on showers and storms. Storms begin Saturday across the Snowy and Sierra Madre Ranges and much of Carbon County. Storms become more widespread Sunday across southeast Wyoming. By far, the best chances for afternoon showers and storms will be Labor Day Monday, when everyone will see afternoon and evening showers and storms. Plan your holiday weekend activities accordingly!''
