Cheyenne National Weather Service Urges Heat Precautions
The Cheyenne office of the National Weather Service is urging people to take precautions in the face of temperatures which could hit 100 degrees in some areas on Monday, July 9.
The service posted this statement early Monday morning:
"430 AM MDT Monday, July 9 – We are looking at another hot day across the entire area today, with widespread highs ranging from 90 to 100 degrees. Beat the heat and take extra precautions to protect you and your loved ones!"
