Cheyenne Man Wanted for Probation Violation Related to Felony Meth Charge Arrested
A 30-year-old Cheyenne transient being sought by the Laramie County Sheriff's Office is now behind bars.
According to court documents, David R. Aguirre Jr. was taken into custody on August 14.
He was wanted on a probation violation warrant for an original charge of felony possession of methamphetamine.
Aguirre's probation revocation hearing is scheduled for Friday at 9 a.m. before Laramie County District Court Judge Thomas Campbell.
Aguirre has also been charged with domestic battery-second offense and two counts of interfering with a peace officer, all misdemeanors, and is scheduled to be arraigned on those charges September 5 in Circuit Court.
