Cheyenne Man Gets 2-4 Years for DUI Probation Violation
A 51-year-old Cheyenne man has been sentenced to two to four years in prison for violating probation.
Junior Lee Kuskie was sentenced in May 2015 to five years of supervised probation and ordered to participate in and complete DUI court after his fourth DUI arrest.
Court records indicate Kuskie was convicted for DUI in June 2005, January 2011 and April 2012.
"I'm an alcoholic," said a tearful Kuskie during his probation revocation disposition this (Thursday) morning in Laramie County District Court, asking the court to reinstate his probation.
"I am going to send you to prison today," said Judge Catherine Rogers. "I don't have any doubt that you have tried (but) you have made it crystal clear that you are a danger to this community."
