Cheyenne, Laramie County Employee Closures, Delays

Cheyenne Mayor Marian Orr and the Laramie County Commission have implemented closures and delays for some city and county employees today (May 19) because of hazardous travel conditions.

Non-essential employees who live in the area of Laramie County designated as area 3 are being told not to report to work today if they feel travel conditions are unsafe.

City and County employees in area 2 are on a two- hour delayed schedule.

Those in area 2 who feel they cannot safely travel to work are being asked to contact their supervisors, All city, and county offices are scheduled to be open today, but the city landfill will be closed today.
