Legal Troubles Mount for Cheyenne Woman Amid Cancer Treatment
A 58-year-old Cheyenne woman is facing a felony charge after reportedly, once again, getting caught with drugs.
The Arrest
According to a booking sheet, Natalie Angelina Taylor was arrested at 2:11 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, after police stopped her on East 19th Street at Converse Avenue for a turn signal violation and found drugs.

It's alleged that Taylor possessed fentanyl, and that if convicted, it would be her third conviction, with prior convictions on April 4, 2020, and March 17, 2025.
Taylor was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison, up to a $5,000 fine, or both.
Initial Court Appearance
On Friday, Jan. 23, Taylor was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge Sean C. Chambers on the charge.
Chambers appointed Taylor a public defender then asked for the state's bond recommendation.
The state listed a laundry list of priors, including issues with drugs and alcohol as well as failures to appear, and said it had zero faith in Taylor abiding by court orders.
"At this time, especially given that it's fentanyl, the state would be asking for $5,000 cash only bond and any other drug testing that's necessary," it said.
"I have cancer. I'm not going to run nowhere," Taylor told Chambers. "I'm supposed to be in chemo this morning. I take chemo every week and I'm just really feeling bad."
"If I get a signature bond, I'm going to come to court," she added. "It's not like I'm going anywhere. I'm just trying to get (out) so that they can give me my treatment."
Bond Set at $5K Cash
"I am going to set the bond at $5,000 cash and I'm going to set the case for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 30 at 10:30 a.m.," Chambers told Taylor.
"I'm going to have a conversation with the deputies on the health issue," he added. "Your bond will be readdressed at the time of the preliminary hearing."
Please remember that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
