Cheyenne Central Vs. Thunder Basin Boys Basketball 1-15-21

Cheyenne Central was the #1 ranked boys team in 4A headed into Friday's match-up with 4th ranked Thunder Basin in Gillette. Thunder Basin played a fantastic first half and but Central on their heels. Now the Tribe made a run in the 2nd half to get back in the game but the Bolts made some key plays down the stretch to take this one 54-46. The Bolts had a weekend sweep thanks to a win over Green River so they improved to 6-2

Thunder Basin was led by Ethan Cox with 12 points, Deegan Williams with 11. McKale Holte and Andre Felton chipped in 10 each. Central got 17 points from Brady Storebo and 14 from Nic Talich. Central got a split over the weekend with a win over Scottsbluff so they're 7-1.
