Maxfield:Supreme Court Should Hear Term Limits Case [AUDIO]

A lawyer for Wyoming Secretary of State Max Maxfield says he expects to ask the Wyoming Supreme Court to decide the constitutionality of the state’s term limits law for statewide elected officials. Now that members of the Legislature’s Joint Appropriations Committee know what the January Consensus Revenue Estimating Group numbers are, they have a better idea of the state’s revenue picture.
