Capitol For A Day Events In Gillette

Governor Matt Mead will participate in Capitol for a Day events in Gillette  on Tuesday September 11th. These include a public forum, a walking tour of downtown Gillette, a meeting with local officials, a ground breaking of a regional water-supply project and visits to Campbell County industries. Secretary of State, Max Maxfield and State Auditor, Cynthia Cloud  will join Governor Mead.

The top five elected officials sit on the State Land and Investment Board and vote on funding requests from cities, towns and counties. “There will be a public forum in the Gillette City Council chambers from 11:20am to 12:00pm and the public is invited to a picnic at the Cam-Plex from 5:00-7:00pm.
