Get Ready For Winter Weather In Southeast Wyoming, Changes Coming
While southeast Wyoming residents have mostly enjoyed an unusually warm and mild fall weather pattern so far, but that could be about to change, according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service.
The agency posted the following on it's website:
November has started off very warm and very dry across our area, but there are some indications that the pattern will change sometime around Thanksgiving next week. The outlook for November 25 to December 1 from the Climate Prediction Center favors below average temperatures and above average precipitation for southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska. It is still much too early to say just how cold it will get or how much (if any) snow falls, but a flip to a colder and more active weather pattern is now likely for the last several days of November into early December.

Short term, we can expect fairly warm weather Tuesday and Wednesday ahead of a storm system on Thursday and Friday:
Here's a look at the week ahead! Partly cloudy skies and mild temperatures will return for Tuesday and Wednesday in between storm systems. The next storm will pass south of our area between Thursday PM and Friday AM, bringing a chance for a mix of rain and snow. Precipitation is more likely the further south you go, and the details regarding this system remain uncertain. Check back in the coming days for more details. Mild weather and more sunshine will return with breezy conditions for the weekend.
