Widespread Snow, Sub-Zero Wind Chills In SE Wyoming Forecast
While southeast Wyoming has seen unusually warm weather, including a record warm December, more typical winter weather has now returned.
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service posted the following on it's website: "A much colder end of the week is expected for southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska behind a cold front moving through tonight. Temperatures Friday will be in the upper-20s to mid-30s, with windy conditions. The cold and wind will combine to create wind chills in the single digits. While this is nothing new for the region, it is the first significant cold after prolonged warmth to end 2025 and start 2026."
