There are busy times and places along the streets in Cheyenne, but what do we consider to be the busiest roadways in the capital city?  Today on the Top 5 at 7:45, I'll highlight what the busiest streets in Cheyenne have been in my experience. Some are based on actual fact and some are based on experience. What have you found to be the busiest streets in the Magic City?

  1. Dell Range Blvd - Not only is this the busiest street in Cheyenne, but has been know to be the busiest in the whole state of Wyoming.
  2. Pershing Blvd - With the population growing on the eastern area of Cheyenne, to include residents in Carpenter and Burns, I'm calling this the second busiest in Cheyenne.
  3. Lincolnway - What used to be apart of the main route that connected the east from the west before I-80 was put in, this is a very busy street too. This also hosts access to many of the downtown stores that you can shop at.
  4. Central Ave -  Whether you're heading north to Yellowstone, or south to Greeley Highway, this street can be very busy for people going to and from work during the week.
  5. Warren Ave - Although not as busy, it is a man vein of passage for the morning and afternoon drives here in Cheyenne.

The Top 5 at 7:45 airs weekdays with me, Gary Freeman, and sponsored by First Education Federal Credit Union.
