Warm, Windy Weather Expected For SE Wyoming This Week
Southeast Wyoming residents can expect warmer than usual weather for this time of year, with strong winds at times.
The outlook includes a high wind watch for Tuesday.
That's according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service. The agency posted the following on its website:
High Wind Watch is in effect for the wind prone areas along Interstates 80 and 25 in southeast Wyoming from noon Tuesday through 3AM Wednesday. Wind gusts to 65 mph are possible in the watched areas. These strong winds could create a blowoff/blow over risk for light weight and high profile vehicles. Stay tuned for later updates in the forecast.
Aside from the wind, warm temperatures for this time of year are also expected, with temperatures in some areas expected to approach 80 degrees.
