The Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization [MPO] wants to know what you think about local transportation issues.

In an effort to get them, the MPO is holding a community workshop and project kickoff tonight from 5:30 until 7 p.m. at the Kiwanis Community House.

It's all part of the information gathering process for Connect 2045, which will identify transportation investments necessary for the City of Cheyenne and surrounding areas of Laramie County for the next 25 years. it will also help state and federal transportation funding for the next 25 years.

“Do you have opinions about roads, bike paths, bus routes, or sidewalks in Cheyenne?” said Jordan Evans, Cheyenne/Laramie County GIS Coordinator, “Stop by our community workshop on Tuesday and let us know your thoughts.”
