Laramie County School District 1 is working to repair the harm caused by another racist incident.

The report recommended that several steps be taken to address bullying at the school.

School district officials argued in part that the documents were protected from release because of attorney-client privilege.

Cassie Craven of Wyoming Liberty Group says her organization believes the bullying may have targeted not only LGBTQ and minority students, but others as well.

The federal Department of Justice will facilitate a meeting on May 23 on bullying and harassment in the district.

The investigation concluded that some bullying, harassment and confrontation among students has occurred.

District board members announced in February that they planned to review the bullying policy, which was last revised in 2013.

Parents watched the video of Amanda Todd (11/27/96 - 10/10/12) who posted an image and was bullied to humiliation, depression and suicide.

The Legislature has its hands full with dealing with education, Gov. Matt Mead said.

A high school student athlete sued the district in 2015, claiming he was sexually assaulted and bullied by a teammate.
