Two Cheyenne men are facing felony drug charges after police allegedly caught them with heroin and meth.

According to an affidavit, 26-year-old Zadrian Gonzales and 42-year-old Christopher Mitchell-Hayes were arrested Friday night after officers following up on a suspicious vehicle call found numerous drug paraphernalia items in an apartment where the two were at.​

Police say there were four loaded syringes -- two filled with liquid heroin and two with liquid meth -- on the kitchen table, as well as 0.2 grams of black tar heroin and 2.3 grams of crystal meth in the living room.

Both men were charged with felony possession of liquid meth and liquid heroin.

Mitchell-Hayes was also charged with felony possession of meth, misdemeanor possession of tar heroin and interference with a peace officer-resist.

If convicted, Gonzales could face up to 14 years in prison and Mitchell-Hayes could face up to 23 years in prison.

The two are currently being held in the Laramie County jail on $10,000 cash bonds.
