Strong Winds, Hail, Torrential Downpours Possible In Cheyenne, Laramie
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says strong winds, hail and torrential downpours are possible across a swath of southeast Wyoming that includes Cheyenne and Laramie this afternoon and evening [August 22].
The agency posted the following on its Facebook page:
Monsoon moisture will contribute to increased thunderstorm activity today into tonight... Some storms will be capable of hail and strong winds, along with torrential downpours.
