Foot Of Snow Possible In Mountains, Cheyenne, Laramie Expecting Rain/Snow
A Winter Weather Advisory has been posted for the Snowy Range and Sierra Madre Mountains through Wednesday evening.
And while Cheyenne and Laramie aren't included in the advisory, they do have and 85 percent chance of rain on Wednesday, according to the Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service,
The agency posted the following on it's website on Tuesday afternoon:
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the Snowy and Sierra Madre Ranges this evening through Wednesday evening. Snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches are possible, mainly above 9000 feet. Moderate snow mixed with gusty winds could lead to reduced visibility.
