The agency posted the following on its website:
''Heads up on a weather change across southeast Wyoming and Nebraska Panhandle. Showers and thunderstorms make a return to the area this afternoon/evening. Initially starting out west near Rawlins, storms are expected to develop after noon time today, spreading east of the Laramie Range after 3 PM. These storms expected to be high based and could create severe downburst winds of 60+ mph. Showers and storms become more widespread Saturday afternoon/evening and may be stronger with larger hail, heavy rain and strong downburst winds possible. If outdoors, keep an eye on the sky and take shelter when a storm approaches your location. Have a way to receive any severe warnings when they are issued.''
