SE Wyoming Halloween Forecast Doesn’t Look Too Scary
Despite the blast of winter that has hit southwest Wyoming over the last several days, the Halloween forecast looks fairly seasonal for late October.
Before we get there, however, wind chills in the subzero range are possible in both Cheyenne and Laramie on Sunday and Monday night.
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says things should be warming up over the next couple of days.
The agency posted this on its website:
''Here’s a look at the next few days! Today and Monday will be on the cool side with below average temperatures and breezy conditions. Temperatures warm up a bit just in time for Halloween!''

A 20 percent chance of snow before noon. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 27. Wind chill values between zero and 10. North wind 10 to 15 mph.
Tonight
Clear, with a low around 8. Wind chill values between -5 and 5. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the evening.
Monday
Sunny, with a high near 41. Wind chill values between -5 and 5. West wind 10 to 15 mph.
Monday Night
Mostly clear, with a low around 15. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
Tuesday
Sunny, with a high near 42. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
