Powell Drenched By Heavy Rains Causing Flooding

The exact details and damage estimates were not immediately available on Monday morning, but the small northern Wyoming community of Powell, Wyoming was hit by heavy rains Sunday (July 14), causing local flooding on city streets and in some homes.

Powell is a community of roughly 6,000 located in Park County, Wyoming.
