The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is predicting a nice weekend for southeast Wyoming ahead of a Sunday night storm that may drop some snow in the area.

The agency posted the following on its website:

''Looking like a nice weekend with mild temperatures and mostly dry conditions. A quick hitting storm system will move in Sunday night bringing snow showers to southeast Wyoming and rain showers to western Nebraska. Temperatures on Monday will be much cooler with some lingering snow showers during the morning and windy conditions throughout the day. Back to warmer temperatures and sunny skies on Tuesday.''
