Mead Proposes Well Plugging Plan [Audio]

An attorney has concluded Casper City Council member  Craig Hedquist violated  conflict of interest laws and tried to use his position to his advantage. Governor Matt Med is proposing an aggressive  plan to accelerate plugging of abandoned oil and gas wells. Amy Richards reports.
