Man Arrested for Attempted Second-Degree Murder in Rock Springs

Rock Springs police have arrested a 30-year-old man on attempted second-degree murder charges.

In a statement on Facebook, police say that a woman called 911 and told officers Charles Kincaid threatened her with a handgun. The woman was not hurt.

Kincaid was arrested on the charges after an investigation.
