UPDATE:

I-80 and I-25 have reopened across Wyoming. Most other highways are now open as well.

UPDATE (1:51 p.m.)

I-25 northbound between Douglas and Glenrock is now open, but WYDOT advises the roadway is slick with blowing snow. 

WYDOT expects to reopen I-25 in central Wyoming between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday.

UPDATE (12 p.m.)

I-25 is now open from Casper to Buffalo. The rest of that interstate remains closed, but WYDOT estimates it will reopen between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday.

UPDATE (8:39 a.m.)

Northbound lanes of I-25 are now open between Kaycee and Buffalo. However, between Exit 265 and Buffalo, WYDOT advises the road surface is slick with blowing snow. 

The southbound lanes between Kaycee and Buffalo remain closed.

All of Interstate 25 in Wyoming and hundreds of miles of Interstate 80 remain closed as WYDOT crews work to clear snow and get travelers moving again.

Interstate 90 was also closed between Buffalo and Sheridan early Thursday, but WYDOT estimates having that road reopened between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Only a few highways remain open in southeastern Wyoming. Notable closures include U.S. 30/287, WY 34, WY 210, U.S. 287 between Laramie and Fort Collins, U.S. 287 between Rawlins and Muddy Gap, and U.S. 85 between Cheyenne and Meriden.

Remaining closed elsewhere in Wyoming are WY 220, WY 487, WY 59 between Douglas and Wright, WY 450, U.S. 287/WY 789, WY 135, WY 130 between Walcott Junction and WY 230, WY 789 between Creston Junction and Baggs, and U.S. 26 between I-25 and Torrington.
