LCSD1 on 2-Hour Delay for Thursday
2/23 UPDATE:
The following reminder was sent out to LCSD1 families Thursday morning:
As reported last night, our district is on a two-hour delay. We have continued to monitor conditions and have been driving area roads. With typical Wyoming weather we have experienced extreme cold, wind and some snow drifts. As always, parents who do not feel comfortable sending their children to school during a weather event may keep them home and their absence will be excused. We just ask you to call the school office to let us know, and to have your student complete schoolwork assigned during their excused absence. We do anticipate some bus delays and encourage you to keep checking your bus locator app, Stopfinder, for the latest information. Please know that our staff members are doing the best that they can to provide for your students during inclement weather.
