Laramie Police Officers were called to Ivinson Memorial Hospital for a report of a disturbance, which transitioned into a controlled substance and death investigation of a 22-year-old male.

After a joint investigation by the Laramie Police Department and Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, Kyle Conner Biehl, a 21-year-old Laramie resident, was charged with Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Clandestine Laboratory Operations on March 3.

Mr. Biehl’s bond has been set at twenty thousand dollars and the case has been scheduled for Preliminary Hearing.

Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance is punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars,  or both.

Unlawful Clandestine Laboratory Operations, is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than twenty years, a fine of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars, or both.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
