Cheyenne City councilman Richard Johnson is asking Laramie County residents to donate 100 great books to the Laramie County Jail LIbrary.

Johnson says education is one of the best ways to prevent criminals from returning to a life of crime, and great works of literature can be part of that effort. The books can be donated at the jail.
