Cheyenne City Councilman Richard Johnson is trying to collect 1890 paint brushes and rollers for the Cheyenne Habitat for Humanity.

Johnson says he chose the number 1890 because that is the year the artist Vincent Van Gogh committed suicide. Habitat for Humanity is a worldwide organization that helps people build their own homes and pay an affordable mortgage.
