Kaysen Says Connector Project Moving Forward

Cheyenne Mayor Rick Kaysen says a project linking Holliday Park with the Cheyenne Greenway is moving ahead as planned.

The mayor says a tunnel linking the park and greenway has already been completed and was finished over a weekend with minimal disruption to the surrounding area. The Mayor says lights have been installed in the tunnel, and the adjacent Lincolnway-Dunn Avenue intersection has been re-aligned into a more traditional "T" type of intersection, making it safer for traffic moving through the area.

Kaysen says the remaining work on the project should be wrapped up by mid-December, right on schedule
