It’s official, we’re in our first full week of May. That means we’re getting that slight opening into warmer weather(a balmy 44 as I type this). So, within the month, we’re going to go from Winter’s long slumber to everything happening all at once. And, I for one, am excited to welcome in the 2024 version of what’s to come this late Spring and Summer. I mean, did you see the lineup for Friday's On The Plaza?

Speaking of what’s to come, as I mentioned, we’re in the first full week of May. This week is going to bring some fun things to look forward to, with the finale being Mother’s Day(don’t forget to call her). So, let’s take a look at what’s happening in Cheyenne this week.

Cheyenne Little Theatre Presents Hello Dolly

Mother's Day Dining

Several places in Cheyenne are open for business this weekend to cater to Mom(as they should). Here are some I was able to find looking around.

Take a Peek Inside Cheyenne's Haunted Knights of Pythias Building

This building is rumored to be haunted. The Knights of Pythias claim a golden heritage as the first and oldest Fraternal Order founded in the United States. Wyoming's chapter is older than the state; it was founded in 1870, and the territory would not become a state until 1880.
