Two Cheyenne men accused of holding up the Advance America Cash Advance store in Cheyenne on January 10 will face charges in District Court.

Kevin Lewis, who faces one count of Aggravated Robbery in connection with the incident, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday morning which means his case will be heard in District Court. 19 year old Isaac James was bound over for trial after Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Denise Nau ruled following his preliminary hearing that there is adequate evidence to merit a trial for him on charges of Aggravated Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery.

A third defendant, 20 year old Terrence James is also charged in the case, and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 5 before Circuit Court Judge Roberta Coates. Terrence James is the older brother of Isaac James. Terrence James and Kevin Lewis are also accused by Laramie Police of an armed robbery of the Laramie Fairfield Inn on January 1.
