You can almost smell the Wyoming rodeos in the air. It wasn't long ago, the PBR was at the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper, and the place was packed. If there's one thing you can say about the Cowboy State, we love our rodeo's.

Pro rodeos, novice rodeos, kids rodeos, college rodeos, high school rodeos, ranch rodeos, indoor rodeos, outdoor rodeos, daytime rodeos, or nighttime rodeos, it doesn't matter.

Give us the bulls, horses, barrel racers, goat tying, calf roping, steer wrestling,  mutton busting, and every other rodeo event possible and you've just made our day.

Since Wyoming's state sport is rodeo, you know the sport is in the blood of young and old.

There are so many of the event's in the state, how can you pick a favorite if you haven't been to them all? If you haven't been to them all, there's no year like this year to try your best to get to as many as possible.

Asking the simple question, 'what's your favorite rodeo', may be the question you've been looking for to stump some people. Others can answer without missing a beat and have it marked on their calendar, the hotel is booked and the family cancels all other plans.

Check out some of Wyoming's Favorite Rodeos, if you have a favorite and it's not here...let me know. drew.kirby@townsquaremedia.com

Pictures Capture The Love Between Wyoming Ranchers And Their Horses

These pictures were taken by professional photographer Chris Dickinson at the 88 Ranch located outside of Douglas, and they perfectly show the love between ranchers and the animals they raise and work with 365 days a year.
