Hail, Strong Winds, Flooding Possible In SE Wyoming Tuesday
The Cheyenne office of the National Weather Service is warning about the possibility of some strong to severe thunderstorms in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska panhandle Tuesday afternoon and evening.
The weather service has issued this statement:
"A marginal risk for severe storms Tuesday across much of southeastern Wyoming and portions of the Nebraska Panhandle. Main time window will be from 2pm to 10pm. Main severe weather threats are isolated damaging thunderstorm winds and large hail. Some storms may be slow moving and this could result in isolated heavy rain resulting in flash flooding. Stay weather alert through the afternoon Tuesday."
