East central Albany County in southeastern Wyoming... Western Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming... * Until 545 PM MDT. * At 248 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in northwest and west Laramie County that will approach the City of Cheyenne. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to two to three inches of rain have already fallen in rural parts of the county and this will approach the City of Cheyenne over the next hour. Residual flooding impacts could remain over the next several hours. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
