Should The Smoking Ban In Bars And Lounges Be Lifted In Cheyenne? [POLL]

Cheyenne City Councilman Richard Johnson suggested lifting the smoking ban that is in place for places of business, to include bars, in the city limits. What say you?

Some of the mindset concerning the ban on smoking in bars, lounges and taverns is that if a business owner wants to allow it, then they take the risk of gaining or losing customers.

Others have stated that they appreciate no smoking in any public facility, to include bars, taverns and lounges.

The ordinance was enacted about 10 years ago and may be up for review by the Cheyenne City Council. We want to know what you think. Should the ban be lifted for drinking establishments, or should the ban stay in place?
