Cheyenne Man Accused of Vandalism, Huffing in Front of Police
A 31-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly throwing a rock through the front door at Wyoming Downs.
According to a booking sheet, Bryan Christopher Morgan was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19, after police were called to the Wyoming Downs at 1345 Dell Range Blvd. for a reported vandalism.

Police say security officers told them that a male, later identified as Morgan, had just thrown a rock through the front door of the building, breaking the glass.
Morgan reportedly yelled at the security officers and left the area on his bike.
Police contacted Morgan a hundred yards down the street, and he reportedly admitted to breaking the glass door.
Police say while talking with Morgan, he started huffing Office Depot air duster.
After taking the can away from him, Morgan then reportedly asked police if he could grab a bottle of water out of his bag, pulled out another can of spray, and started huffing it.
Morgan was arrested and taken to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, where he was cleared for jail.
Cheyenne Man Charged With Felony Property Destruction
On Wednesday, Morgan was charged with felony property destruction, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $10,000, or both, and unlawful use of toxic substances, a misdemeanor.
Morgan was also served with a Laramie County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation on original charges of interference with a peace officer and simple battery.
Judge Thomas Lee signed the warrant on Tuesday.
