
Cheyenne Man Accused of Threatening Wife With Gun
A 41-year-old Cheyenne man is facing felony charges after allegedly threatening his wife with a gun.
According to a booking sheet, a police detective arrested Jason William Ming at 2:42 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16.

Ming Arrested After Wife Reports Domestic Disturbance
The detective says two days prior, on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at about 2:43 p.m., they were in communication with Ming's wife via phone.
Ming's wife reportedly told the detective that she wanted to report a domestic disturbance that occurred on Sept. 2, 2024, involving her husband and a firearm at their apartment in Cheyenne.
Ming Charged With 2 Felonies, 1 Misdemeanor
Ming was booked into the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with two felonies, including aggravated assault and battery - threatens to use a drawn deadly weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.
He was also charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.
Bond Set at $5K Cash
Ming made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Friday, Jan. 17, during which his bond was set at $5,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday, Jan. 24 at 9:45 a.m.
