Traffic Stop Leads to Felony Drug Possession Charges

The officer says when she asked Grauberger for his license and insurance, he showed her his insurance but refused to hand her the copy so she could look at it.

The officer says Grauberger was also unable to provide her with his driver's license, and when she told him she was going to give him a citation for no insurance because she couldn't verify his insurance was valid, he finally gave her the copy.

The officer says a check of Grauberger's license plate showed his registration expired in May 2024. She says he had placed a registration tag on the vehicle that didn't belong to the vehicle.
