Police say Garcia had a felony warrant for failure to register as a sex offender, which was signed by Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Williams on March 19, 2024.

Garcia was seen in Circuit Court Thursday afternoon, during which his bond was set at $1,000 cash and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, Sept. 30 at 10 a.m.

"Thank you CPD for capturing one of our most wanted," the Sheriff's Office in a Facebook post on Friday afternoon said.

Actual Wyoming Laws That are Completely Bonkers
