
Cheyenne Man With Prior Drug Convictions Busted Again
A 28-year-old Cheyenne man is facing a felony charge after reportedly, once again, being caught with methamphetamine.
According to a booking sheet, police contacted Jay Marshal King in the Family Dollar parking lot at 508 Central Ave. at 12:50 a.m. on Friday, April 25.

Police say during the investigation, it was found that King was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and had been convicted of it more than three times.
King Hit With Felony Charge
King was arrested and subsequently charged with possession of a controlled substance - third or subsequent offense, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison, up to a $5,000 fine, or both.
On Monday, April 28, King was seen in Laramie County Circuit Court in front of Judge TJ Forwood on the charge.
Warrant for Failure to Comply
He was also seen on a warrant signed by Forwood for failure to comply with bond conditions on original charges of possession of a controlled substance in pill form and possession of a controlled substance in powder form.
Bond Set at $2.5K Cash
King's bond was set at $2,500 cash concurrent across all dockets and his preliminary hearing was scheduled for Monday, May 5, at 10:30 a.m.
