Cheyenne Transient Accused of Pointing Gun at His Mother, Others
A 19-year-old Cheyenne transient is facing a felony charge after allegedly pointing a gun at multiple people, including his mother.
According to a booking sheet, police were called to Holliday Park at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 26, for a weapons incident.
Police say Louie Alexander Carabajal got into a physical altercation with his mother at the park, during which he reportedly went back to his vehicle and pointed a gun at her as well as multiple others at the park.

While attempting to handcuff Carabajal, police say he began to flex both his arms and pull away from them, so he was taken to the ground and handcuffed.
Carabajal was taken to the Laramie County Detention Center and subsequently charged with aggravated assault and battery - threatens to use a drawn deadly weapon, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
He was also charged with domestic battery and interference with a peace officer - no injury, both misdemeanors.
Carabajal Served With Probation Violation Warrant
On Tuesday, May 28, Carabajal was served with a probation violation warrant signed by Laramie County Circuit Court Judge Sean Chambers.
The original charge was simple battery.
Carabajal was seen in Circuit Court on both dockets on Wednesday morning, May 29.
His total bond was set at $6,000 cash and his next hearings were scheduled for June 5 at 3:30 p.m.
