Cheyenne Man Facing 4th DUI After Allegedly Bumping Into Wife
A 57-year-old Cheyenne man is facing his fourth DUI after reportedly downing half of a pint of vodka and bumping into his wife with his pickup.
According to a booking sheet, it all started around 8:41 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, after a Laramie County Sheriff's deputy was dispatched to a physical domestic.
The deputy says while he was en route, dispatch advised him that the suspect, later identified as Troy Allen Reinking, had driven towards his wife in the driveway, almost striking her.
When the deputy arrived at the scene, Reinking's wife reportedly told him that her husband had been driving the white Ford F-150 in the driveway and tapped her with the bumper.
She said her husband was drunk and required an ignition interlock.
The deputy spoke to Reinking, who reportedly admitted to driving the pickup with no ignition interlock.

The deputy says Reinking had bloodshot watery eyes and a strong smell of alcohol on his breath and admitted to drinking half a pint of vodka.
When the deputy asked Reinking how drunk he was on a scale of one to ten, ten being the most drunk he'd ever been, Reinking reportedly told the deputy he was a five out of ten drunk.
The deputy says Reinking refused to participate in standardized field sobriety tests or take a preliminary breath test.
Reinking was arrested for fourth offense DUI, a felony punishable by up to a $10,000 fine, up to seven years in prison, or both, and driving without an interlock device, a misdemeanor, and taken to the Laramie County Detention Center for a breath test.
