2 New Fugitives Added to Laramie County’s ‘Most Wanted’ List
The Laramie County Sheriff's Office has added two new fugitives to its "Most Wanted" list.
Richard Segura and Nicholas Terry are now among 10 fugitives being sought by the department.
Segura is being sought on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine.
Terry is being sought on a warrant for failure to comply with an original charge of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic.

Laramie County Deputies Are Still Looking for These Most Wanted Fugitives
Antonio Oros-Garfia, who was added to the list on Jan. 19, 2024.

Leo Montoya, who was added to the list on Feb. 12, 2024.
Britney Breazeale, Akmir Brown, and Shannon Brown, who were added to the list on April 18, 2024.
And Christopher Leyo, Patrick Pacheco, and Julian Solis, who were added to the list on June 13.
